We had a transmission problem with my son's truck and were advised by our mechanic to sell it. We had only one day to find something. After stopping at all of the dealerships on Kietzke Lane, we decided to try way south on Virginia St. Friendly is a small lot but they had a couple of trucks that we liked. It seemed to be a one man operation and Dragos, the owner, was friendly, knowledgeable, with no high pressure tactics. We test drove the one that we liked. Dragos is soft spoken and to the point. He spent just a few minutes inspecting and then driving our truck; without losing our keys. Dragos was fair and we were quickly able to come to an agreement. There was none of the typical tag teaming or going back and forth to speak with the manager. For a car purchase with a trade in, it was about as painless as it gets. To answer the old question of "Would you buy a used car from this man?"; we did and would do so again in the future. Richard R.
