Very unhappy with my visit today. Felt totally rushed and had very poor customer service. Very rude lady, disappointed and not coming back.

DANGEROUS !!! Cement floors with puddles of water.i slipped , saved myself a busted head by grabbing a rolling chair at last minute. Not one staff member ask if I was okay. Just a condescending smirk passed off as a smile by the receptionist as I paid my bill and left. The staff are jerks and the place is dangerous!!!'

This was a very nice pedicure experience for me. The customer service was excellent and the technician who gave me my pedicure did an excellent job. Their prices are also very reasonable. The difference between this salon and a lot of the other salons I have been to, is that they are genuinely friendly and seem to want to do exactly what you ask of them. I have been to many salons that don't seem to care whether you are there or whether you come back. So, I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting a nice pedicure experience, as well as taking my friends and family when they come to visit from out of town. I and my daughters from Phoenix and Montana have a tradition of the three of us going for pedicures when we get together, so I now have a brand-new salon for us to go to. I do highly recommend trying this salon!

I went here on their grand opening day. The shop have beautiful colors inside. The customer service is like I have never seen before. I was told it was a family business, and they have made me feel like I was part of the family. The work was excellent. The prices for the service is unbeatable. I would recommend anyone to give this place a try. Best mani-pedi experience in Reno!
