I dropped a watch off to be fixed. It took them over six months and it still wasn't finished. The watch workings was fixed but they did not finish the job. It needed a new crystal. The pocket watch would not close. Their response was to "take it to a jeweler" let them finish it. When I pay over $300 to have it fixed I expect the whole job to be completed.
