This fraud is another example of why Nevada remains the highest state for fraud and people are LEAVING Nevada. Would you want to work or live around these guys? Hogan's Carb & Tune employees Dave and Dodger and owner Paul Hogan removed the washer pump from our 1985 Buick LeSabre Collector car. It had 77,505 original miles and was in perfect condition. WAS. Was until Dave and Dodger and Paul Hogan mutilated it. According to their two receipts Hogan's replaced this vehicle's washer pump, it didn't work, so the owners brought it back. The second receipt has several warranty items claimed to have been done on it. Including replacing the washer pump a second time. Obviously Hogan's lied about that. Imagine our surprise when we took this car in for its free annual AAA Car Maintenance Report and was told its washer pump is missing. Gone washer pump gone. S
