This company is a fraud. They lure you in by promising a refund if they cannot get you a loan modification. They promise that their "attorney's" will not allow the process to go all the way through if they do not believe you qualify for a modification. We have been with them for about 1 year. Our loan company has denied us 2 times and Imodification refuses to give us a refund. Their office just downsized from a large building on Plumas to a tiny office on Delucchi that barely fits 5 desk spaces. Do not waste your time or money with this company - deal with your loan company directly and save the thousands of dollars that Imodification steals from you. Also, their "work" on my account was shoddy.

We started with iModification 10 months ago. We still have not received a loan modification. The work done at this establishment is less than poor. They claim they are "attorney backed" but after 10 months I still have yet to see an attorney step in. It is a COMPLETE waste of money and your time. I have reported iModification to the Business and Industry Mortgage Lending Division for the State of Nevada as well as the Better Business Bureau. I sent a certified letter to the CEO, Zachary Hammond, to explain my dismay and request a refund only to be intercepted by the 'resolution manager' Lauro (male) who is a complete waste of space. I ABSOLUTELY advise refraining from using their services. You will be terribly dissatisfied.

After receiving full payment in March 2010 and ten months later, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. I will receive a refund of the undisclosed amount in my trust fund.

The CEO listed on their website has already been busted by the NV M&LD under a different Company Name for scamming customers.

Probably the WORST experience I've had with a service organization. Telephone calls were not returned, they dropped the ball multiple times on our modification requests, and we are now in the process of cancelling our agreement. But even though I've submitted my request to cancel and get a slim slice of the money I paid them (to do nothing, apparently) back, *gasp* again no returned phone calls or response whatsoever! I guess this will be one for BBB, Nevada Mortgage Lending Division, and eventually Small Claims Court . . . fun. Save yourself the hassle and AVOID this business!!! I'd give NO stars if I could!
