My wife has a 10 year old Toshiba that she has been using to work from home for the last 1.5 years. The Wifi was starting to act up, so I called Jeffrey. He worked around my schedule as I had a back up lap top. Since it wasn't an emergency, the first call was basically to survey to situation. He brought a replacement card any way. We decided an external card was best based on the age of the lap top. He came out again to fix the problem. My wife now has a more reliable lap top. The price Jeffrey charged was very reasonable. He also helped me with some other computer issues I was having with my desk top. Very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and flexible. I will use him again.

Called Jeffery on a Sunday and told him that my computer just stopped working, with a strong electrical burning smell coming from the computer! Jeffery knew exactly what the problem was...over the phone! Jeffery went to a local supplier, bought a new power supply, brought it to my house and installed it...all within 2 hours. Checked the computer after installation to make sure everything else worked and performed properly.
VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and COMPUTER SAVVY!
Honest, very reasonable and smart guy.

It was a computer emergency on a Saturday morning. Called Jeffrey and within two hours he was at my desk investigating the problem. My computer ended up being worse off than I had thought and Jeffrey spent an incredible amount of time running tests and diagnostics. He was friendly, intuitive, and very diligent in fixing my computer issues. All the while, he also remained calm and attentive to my regular inquiries and texts regarding the fix. In a relatively short time my computer issues were solved. Jeffrey guarantees his work for a month following the fix. Highly, highly recommended. Call Jeffrey first!! He will be my technology "go to" man in the greater Reno area!!

Being one that never wants to take my computer into a repair shop just to let it sit there for two weeks I called Jeffey and he was at my house within the hour. very pleasent person who brought the right disc to repair my computer. Saved all my files and was done in one hour. Whenever I need assistance he is willing to help. Glad I found this guy, he has been worth his weight in gold!
