I have been going to Jimmys for years but I'm done now. I went in last Thursday for a $7 car wash. Huge delay with the car in front of me. There were 2 girls there wearing daisy duke short shorts - I thought they were gfs of employees and didn't think they really worked there. They were both laughing and giggling the entire 20 minutes I was stuck in line there. While still dealing with the first car one of the girls came and got my credit card and I asked for the $7 wash. Apparently they charged me for $14.95 for something and thought it was a riot (real professional). Then a guy came over, turns out it's Jimmys son "James". By now there are 4-5 cars behind me. He tells me there was a mistake but he has fixed it and hands me 2 receipts - 1 for the $7 wash and 1 for a credit of $14.95 which was posted to my account as an additional charge. Going back and forth with James today he said one girl was new and mistakes happen when training - I guess he is still training too as the over charge was his doing! He wanted to leave cash for me even though I asked to have a check mailed. Usually when a business makes multiple mistakes they do what is convenient for the customer - not themselves! Unless you are a business that can't get checks?? Very weird.
In talking with James I mentioned that the girls outfits were so inappropriate that I didn't think they were employees - he said they were the uniform! Wow.
Overall, what used to be a great business seems to now be more like a high school corner car wash from attire to lack of training (mngr included), to the poor customer service! Too many car washes around to waste time with this...

Jimmys always makes your car wash / oil change visit interesting. I love the guys that work there, always making me laugh and giving me extra care without wven asking. And they're CHEAP, reasonable prices for everything. Good, better and best, as simple as that.

You just gotta love the personalized service you get at Jimmy's car wash. Always professional and if anything is wrong Jimmy or one of his guys will fix it. You get a good car wash, no bad attitudes and a great value for your dollar.

Jimmy and Aly have changed the car wash industry! I live in Truckee and everytime I come to Reno I stop by. They are both so friendly and helpful...even in the bitter cold they have a smile to share. Wonderful people with a great service.

Jim and Aly Schultz have hit the nail on the head with their new car wash! The absolute best car wash in town. They aim to please. The atmosphere is fun and the amenities are great for the price! Free use of towels, window cleaner, tire dressing and vacuum. I can detail my car for free every time I wash! Jimmy is knowledgeable and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to clean my car! BRAVO!!!
