Solved my Explorer's electrical problem in less than 10 minutes. Very good job. The shop is small, but he knows what he is doing.

Took my car to Johns auto elec, he diagnosed water pump and thermostat.... quote me for new parts. several weeks later my car was acting up, loss of compression and misfiring....got 2nd and 3rd opinions from other mechanics to find out that the water pump was NOT new it was used, as you could see silver spray paint on it he was trying to cover it up to look new, plus he put the existing timing belt back on (as my water pump was timing belt driven) He didn't offer or tell me my timing belt needed done, he should of known better as a mechanic for over 20+ years that all timing belt driven parts you have to change the timing belt also, well because of his negligence my timing belt snaped which I didn't know at the time, which caused my valves to warp and my engine was beyond repair. I had to pay $3800 for a new engine all for something that Johns Auto elec SHOULD of known. Very bad work, DO NOT GO TO HIM. He is currently being sued by the Attorney generals office for the used parts!

Don't ever trust this man he has done nothing but put grease on my seats overcharge for things he didn't do right the first time. Run my cars out of gas when I have left them full of over a half tank left my wheel skirts hanging on my 4 runner and sold me a car he said was fine that needs an engine and transmission and rear end. His business license should be revoked

I took my 1965 Mustang in During Hot August nights. I was having some electrical issues with the headlights and tail lights. John fixed it all in the same day. I was very happy, and my baby could see at night. Thanks John!
