Horrible experience, will never go to this office again . Both women who were there did not know what they were doing. Unsure of how to go about procedure and one of them was about to use an expired item. Do not go there especially if procedure is for a child. My son was screaming because they hurt him and left bruises on him. They were rude an unapologetic. Went to Sparks location and the ladies there couldn't be nicer, gentle and very professional.

I'm actually at this moment of writing this, sitting in the waiting room. All I've heard for the last hour is the nurse and receptionist bash and criticize patients. Some patients are grumpy...perhaps not feeling well...whatever. I feel it's so very unprofessional for these lab employees to talk so rudely

This place I have mixed feelings for. I am terrified of giving blood, have in the past passed out, vomited, and hyperventilated so My first experience was with a very gentle awesome guy...took 6 vials of blood and had me in and out quickly. No bruising and hardly any bleeding after.

However my second experience was the worst experience I have ever had. I told the lady that I am terrified and what may happen and the B@#%& had the nerve to ask if it was because I was molested as a child. What the heck....I was so agitated and tense by the time she took blood from her horrible whacked out attitude and questions that it hurt like hell having the blood drawn, I bruised very badly, and bled for quite some time after leaving the facility. She has a ghetto attitude and is completely rude. Would not reccomend anyone going to her.
