Provided by YP.comBest auto body shop in Reno. Staffs are very humble and friendly. They give you update on the work progress everyday via text messages which I liked a lot. Work done in time and the job they did is flawless. I am very satisfied with their service and definitely will recommend. Thank you Donnie.

Provided by YP.comDont take your car here.... they keep your car longer then deligated, make up excuses of why its needed longer. The finished product is not to expectation, and you will need to go back and have them redo your vehicle. Not worth giving your business to.

Provided by YPmobileBy far this was the best experience I had with a body shop. Usually I dread going to auto places cause they make up things that you don't need to get fix but this time they fixed what I needed. The people there were super nice, thanks tobey for a job well done

Provided by YP.comI would tell her that the worst mistake with her car was to take it to these people. Beth, the wife of the owner, is a mean, threatening person. I left my car and asked them to do specific work on it and when I went to pick it up, the car was 3/4 done and I wanted them to fix it and she proceeded to threaten me to sign the charge slip or she would not return my car. She utterly refused to do anything to fix the defective work. And they are not even worth one star.
In response to "her" comment I must say that this lady is bitter and impossible to please. Most businesses get these types about once every 2 years or so. Im sure she is very upset that I had to file a police report for harrassment, my attorney had to send her a letter, BBB denied both complaints she submitted and the credit card chargeback company dismissed her request as well. So please dont let this one person keep you from coming to us. We love to help and care for our customers as if they are family. Thanks.
