I believe Greg D. Although my experience is with the parts and service. I had my car serviced for a simple oil change. They told me to leave the car and come back about an hour. I didn't go that far. I can still see the activity in the parking lot from a few distance. 15 minutes later, they pulled my car out. Then 45 minutes later they called me and said that my car is ready. It's been sitting in the parking lot for an hour. I checked the oil and still it was black and dirty. When I complained about it, I was told that it was normal. A clean oil is golden brown in color and a bit thick. A dirty oil is black and thin. This company will cheat on you. Bring someone with knowledge about car maintenance with you if you want to deal with these people. Better yet do not go to this place. They can not be trusted at all.

I was looking on there Web site looking for a 1 year old car. I left my number so a sales consultant could help me out. Chris Osorio told me that they had 3 or 4 cars for me. When I got there all he was showing me was new cars. When I asked him about used cars he said hum sorry no cars. How about a new one. The numbers did not work for me so I left. 5 minutes later his sales manager called and told me that he could find what I wanted. His said that he would call me on Monday, he called on Tuesday. Then he told me that Chris told him that I got a car from someone else, I said no and he said good I will call you back in one hour with a list of used cars for you. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for his car. Do not believe anything that these people tell you. Run do not walk to another dealership.
