I went through drive thru on 9/1/2016 and ordered food for myself and my three kids. And two apple pies. Both windows read back my order correctly ! I drove home and they didnt give me my pies. I drove back. Explained the situation and was told too bad, because he remembered putting them in, and because i didnt bring back the food he didnt have to help me. I drove home got the food from my hungry kids and made them give me my money back. The best part was the 15 year old manager didnt even apologize when i explained that i just went home and took the food away from my kids. I will share this with as many people as i can, for two pies that i payed for and didnt receive. Idiots can really ruin a perfectly good evening.
