I was visiting Reno from California and had problems with my truck. A larger shop supposed to have fixed the problem for $540 (diagnostic tests and changed 6 spark plugs). They also recommended a fuel induction service for another $250, which I didn't do. The next day the problem returned, but that shop was closed. I was able to get in touch with Bill through a friend and he opened his shop on Saturday and fixed the problem. It turned out to be a bad coil not the plugs. We not only had time to visit Tahoe after he finished, but drove 450 miles home the next day with no problems. Bill is an honest mechanic not out to pad his wallet with more work than is needed to repair someone's vehicle.
