The Management company is one of great disappointment, The HOA Manager ( Kevin) is it laziest, field inexperienced, non- caring, lack of interest, poor people skills,non-efficient, 'managers' I have seen. Maintenance and landscaping are below par and pay grade. The BOD's I call the 'money wasting machine', From contractor agreements, to NRS 116 law violations, in addition, miss use of Association reserve, and operating funds, they are going to be in review by the NV State Ombudsman's office in the near future, due to their actions.
