I only gave them a one star because it doesn't allow you to go below that. Worst experience ever! Rented the car for 5 days when we brought it back I wanted to pay for rental with different card than initially given. I was informed of a 10.00 change of payment fee of which I agreed to. Gave them the other card and when I got home I checked on the charge in my account. They did not use the card I requested, but used the original instead after I paid the fee. In addition to this there was a separate charge on my account for an additional cost that was never disclosed to me. When I spoke with representative I was informed they could not cancel that payment and use the card I requested because they don't take payments over the phone. Then gave me an 800 number to call. I called and all they would do is file a complaint that would take 72 hrs to process. No way to reverse and pay with another card. Buyer beware!
