I bought my car from Right Away which was exciting because I hadn't had a car for a long time and wasn't quite sure if I'd qualify. My experience has been that every time I need them they are there to help. I love my car and am very happy.

We are a young couple building our life together and the best way to start building our credit was through purchasing our first car. Right Away had an amazing selection of vehicles and provided us with outstanding customer service. Our car is still running fantastic and we are very grateful for Right Aways support and love. I am purchasing furniture and a vehicle from Right A Way in Fernley. They were able to get me into my first choice for a vehicle. I haven't had any issues with the furniture and so far only a couple of minor repairs on my vehicle. The repairs were handled quickly and they even detailed my car! Excellent service and would highly recommend Right Away.

When we first went and looked at cars we were discouraged. Right Away helped us to do what we did not think that we could do. They have helped us stay on track. Gina Rodriguez has give five star service to us. We have purchased two cars through the course of time, and my daughter in law has also purchased a car with them. The cars have been in excellent condition, and with little trouble overall. Again, there service, and encouragement has been much appreciated.

Found myself needing a car fast. I did not have a huge down payment at all, most places this would have been a problem but not here. There is really no haggle on the price, only downfall. They offer a warranty with their financing which seems pretty good. They promptly fixed the chips in the windshield the day I took the car home, Two days later they covered the battery the car needed for free even though it didn't come covered in the warranty. Automatic payments make it easy for me, I like the overall structure of the plans they have. They have plenty of cars to choose from on their lot though and I found something perfect for me that meets my needs. I have had the car 10 days and so far so good. Solid car, and I have piece of mind with the warranty. The only reason they did not get 5 stars from me is there is really no haggle room with pricing, a little high, and they are ruthless when you try. They have called me a few times to check up on me and see how the car is. customer service is good even after the sale which is amazing. Will update this as needed, as I have an ongoing relationship with them.

My experience with Right Away has been great. I'm currently financing a very nice Mazda & I love it. The employees at Right Away have always been so friendly & helpful since day one. I also like the fact that there's no pressure to buy. I've recommended Right Away to many of my family & friends. They're amazing!

My experience was AWSOME I just love Dave in Fallon he split my down payment into 2 payments and made my monthly payments manageable (not to set me up to fail like some of the competition would do) I can not say enough good things about Dave and Right Away.
