I have never been spoken to like that , she told me to shut up and then hung up on me ...very common ,rude bitch! Be warned !!! I won't rate this lot at all neg 5star

This is the worst customer service I've come across in Trucking career. I pulled their phone off the internet and called them for an estimate for a simple tire job on my trailer. The guy was very rude. He gave an estimate of $350.00 for a simple $20 dollars job of just taking the tire off the rim. I told him I don't need road service, I can come to the shop. He used the F word and hung up the phone. What an unfair way of dealing with the customers.
