All I can say and hopefully it will keep working, my dryer started beeping at 2AM and I had to go to surgery for my eye on Tuesday morning and this was Sunday morning when it would not stop beeping. It is now the next Saturday and it took me after my surgery 4days to find another GE dryer that would fit into the space. Even called GE and they said they don't make that model anymore. Online it said all you have to do is replace the control panel and it will be OK. My husband went to Lowe's and sold him supposedly the same model dryer brought it home, it didn't fit he had to take it back. Long story short all it was was the control panel that Lake appliance said it would over seven hundred dollars to replace but they don't make them anymore. Thank my husband for the third time put the dryer in the back of his truck and took it to
Sidd and told him I do have the control panel and come back in two hours and it will be done and guess what he is a man of his word. Robby my husband went back and put the dryer in the back of his truck and so far so good. I can finally do my laundry again not that I really like to but when you can't you do really miss it.
