Good work, low prices. Excellent for routine maintenance. Greg and staff are friendly. But if you have a real problem with computer generated alerts or similar problems, go up the street to Reno Vulcanizing rather than a dealership.

I have no idea who/why/what/how these other two reviewers had a bad experience. I am not even sure of the truth of it. This shop is one of the best repair shops I have been to in over 50 years. They have helped some of my employees get AFFORDABLE repairs on clunkers - on two occasions allowing them to keep the car (rather than junking) and in one case still have a car. They do excellent repair work and cost less than many others and always less than a dealer. These guys are great. Now, for these two other reviewers - they are the bozos and their complaints make them look foolish at best.

So try Sierra Automotive. They do superior work always. On second thought, they are only OK. No need to keep them too busy. I do not want to delay my repairs and auto work. I like their fast service. Perhaps only go their occasionally - so they have enough business, but can still give me fast service!! :-)
