Poor service. Cant say anything bad about the apartment, but not sure if they know how to run a business. No one gonna skip work to look at your apartment if you are never open. Everyone works a 9-5.

This was my first place on my own. I love it here. I've been living here for 3 years now, and I have nothing bad to say about it. I started out in a studio on my own, but when my boyfriend and I decided to live together, I didn't want to leave! So we moved into one of the lofts, and it's so much space! The apartments are clean, the whole place is quiet, the maintainence people are responsive and very nice, the rates are great, and the plants around the buildings are beautifully kept. The area is nice too, 5 minute walking distance to stores, fast food, shopping, schools, a drive in movie theatre and a park. The complex just recently changed managers and while I was sad to see the previous Land Lady go, I'm excited about the new one. My friendly chats with the maintainence guy suggest that she wants to make alot of improvements to the complex, such as putting in laminate wood flooring, new modern carpet, new appliances, among other improvmenets. While all those things will take time to accomplish, I'm excited to live here. I highly recommend this place for young single people, couples and small families.
