Provided by YP.comGood place to stay and the restaurants are fantastic. However if you want to get food to go or if you want to eat in your hotel room they charge you a ridiculous "to go charge." like $5-$10. They also charge you an extra $1 per day for room service unless you tell them not to. I guess someone has to pay for all their upgrades.

Provided by YP.comJohnny Rockets was disappointing. The waitress we had never refilled our drinks and our food was absolutely horrible. The best thing about this place is the strive from the managers to "make it right." When they noticed that we did not eat our food, they asked why and we told them. They did not charge us for our food at all. Its hard to rate this establishment so low when the managers are obviously more than willing to go above and beyond to make it right.

Provided by YP.comI ordered a side of onion rings with an original hamburger. The ring were different from previous times I have eaten there. They were HORRIBLE. Tasted nothing like onions, more like greasy oily popcorn. Why do they change something that used to be good. Oh I know, cheaper for the same overpriced item. Don't order them.

Provided by YP.comOur family loves this resort! The rooms have recently been updated with clean lines and modern touches. The massive pool was recently refinished as well. They have huge summer swim parties day and night thru out the summer season. We like the fact that there are restaurants in the lower level as well as a new gym. The place is kept immaculate and there are regular specials for affordable get aways!

Provided by YPmobile@41 years old to have a department manager ( Jason Pool Manager) decide on NO DISCLOSED CRITERIA to cut off your alcohol consumption, then when questioned about the decision call security and have you escorted back to your room where your young children are waiting is an outrage. Then to be treated as if you have no recourse is why I am writing this review. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

Provided by YPmobileHeres the deal. GSR used to have an AMAZING buffet called The Lodge. It was 7.77 for locals and was five stars. Then the tar ds at gsr decided to shut it down and re-open as an upper class buffet called Elements. Minimum to get it....25 dollars! Tried it once. Food was gross. Dog food compared to the chefs that once cooked at The Lodge. Another Reno/Sparks treasure destroyed. Zero stars.

Provided by YP.comI have been trying to go online to book a reservation since last night and tried again this morning. Their website is still down. So, I called the front desk. A lady answered the phone so I asked her if there was a room available for July 2nd. She said yes and I asked her "How about for July 3rd?" She proceeded with a very irritated tone and asked which date did I want. She sounded so rude that I asked her if she was in a hurry to go. She said "yes, which date do you want." I couldn't believe it. A reservation agent not willing to spend 30 seconds on the phone for a reservation and absolutely rude about it too. If that's any indication of their customer service, that's a bad sign. Perhaps she was having a bad morning, but my goodness.
