Folks, I am sorry and hate to burst everyone's bubble but after reading all the reviews, we drove from Carson City all the way to Sushi Love on the other side of Reno almost and was deeply disappointed. The ambiance was nothing and the sushi was okay. The lady was very nice and friendly along with one of the sushi chefs but the other sushi chef would not respond to me when I asked him something directly and he was right in front of me. Not the best sushi ever and at best, sorry Sushi Lover, it was just average. Maybe our expectations were greater since we are from out of town but it is not worth the drive. Just okay is all I can say

This place is awesome! Cindy and Carlos and K are amazing people. Their sushi is so creative! Is the best in Reno, in Nevada, in Cali! In the world! Order Renees sea weed chips, tastes like barbeque chips hands down! The avalanche is atomic! Love everything there! I would drive there for three hours just for that sushi! Their saki is delicious also!

Why all you can eat sushi only in Reno. I have to all the way drive from S.F. to Reno to get my sushi. I hope Sushi Lover will open the 2nd store in S.F. Please. Good taste , Good service and Good deal.

I know the owners Kay & Melanie ( Sushi Lover ) since they had one in Sparks for five years. After they sold their restaurant five months ago and then open the new Sushi Lover in Reno. I still keep follow them it doesn't matter I still live in Windfield Spring. The distance is not a big deal, but the food is the key. No matter you are, I will be your ( Sushi Lover ) big fans.

I'm travel all around the country for many states in America and Reno is not my first time to visit. On 12-21-08 ,I just discover the new sushi place in Reno, just open three months,( It's call Sushi Lover ). It's the best sushi I never had before. That's why I hope they will open one in California, bay area in the future or sooner. I will be back. Thank you very much.

For my life, I try everything, everywhere for all my sushi. I never try the sushi like Sushi Lover make from creation to taste so different, so good, not only good, it much better than good. If you don't try it, you will missing something in your life.

One year ago, I was move to America from Japan and stay in Reno about 10 months. I'm keep try all sushi restaurants in Reno and Sparks. Some were o.k. for me until I found Sushi Lover in Reno down town area. The sushi place is so clean & fishes so fresh. Taste & creation are over all I think because when I still live in Japan, I never try that kinds sushi in my life. That's why I have no more sushi home sick in Reno. Ichiban.

Friend of my told me about Sushi Lover has an excellent job,before I try it I think all sushi restaurants have the same things. But after I tried my sushi at Sushi Lover, I'm totally agreed with everyone's opinion. Now I know where to go to eat my sushi, the place is Sushi Lover forever.

First time at Sushi Lover had my sushi. All the chefs and servers friendly. They will explain the huge menu from regular to Sushi Lover special meun. The regular menu with special menu over 100 different items even more, because they're keeping create a new thing to surprise me. Foods excellent, price right. I won't go to anywhere for my sushi, only at Sushi Lover. Thank you for Sushi Lover open at the Reno.

I tried many sushi places in Reno & Sparks for fifteen years. Sushi Lover is the best sushi in Reno down town. I told it to all of my family and friends go to try it and I don't need to say too much, because after you try it you'll know it.

Sushi lover is the best sushi in Reno. There is more than one menu to choose from. There's no stingy helpings with too much rice. All ingredients are fresh. Chef and owner Kay does an excellant job creating all of his special sauces. He will put together just about anything you ask for. Waitress Cindy will keep your place clean and your drink filled. There is no other for me. Thank you Sushi Lover!
