Provided by YP.comMy experience with Good Feet supports was very disappointing. I was in extreme pain in one foot and unfortunately I fell for their sales pitch about their system. It is not truly customized to the individual as advertised. They have a pad you walk on that makes an ink impression of the "pressure points" of your feet. Then they go in the back room and choose your "customized" set of inserts. The cost is expensive and non-refundable. The inserts caused me more pain. When I returned to try to resolve the issue I was allowed only to trade one set of inserts for a different set. They also suggested that I was not properly adhering to their wearing schedule to adjust to the system. I asked if I could exchange the inserts for shoes instead and was told that I could not. The new inserts were not an improvement. The end result is that I have a very expensive "system" that I can't use and have wasted a lot of money.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I purchased orthotics from the store in Reno while on a ski vacation in Tahoe. I was having a lot of problems with my right knee and my feet were alsways very sore and tired at the end of the day. The orthotics aligned my ankles and the tech at the store showed me how it rotated my knees to a straight position and I stood strighter and taller and I felt the stress relieved in my knee immediately. Been over a year and I couldnt be happier. We return for fressh cushions every year during our ski trip.
