I went in today, the place was crowded. After several minutes a man came to me, and I proceeded to tell him what I want in a factual tone. He said 'I'm sorry' with a wimpy voice and then 'why are you yelling at me?' lol. I said, 'I'm not yelling at you'. And he said, whining 'yes, you are'. Here I wanted to get a tattoo and a supposedly 'bad' tattoo shop and I'm supposed to deal with an insecure, wimpy tattoo artist. I would have spent a mint on this custom tattoo. They say 'we respect all our clients equally' and 'we ensure great customer service' on their website. I told, who I THINK the owner is what happened, and he said in a nasty tone, 'Oh well, SORRY!' and then again 'Sorry' while rolling his eyes. I said to him you guys really are strange here, NOW I feel like yelling, I went to all this trouble to write this review. BIZARRE.
