Went to check out a few vehicles applied for a vehicle on a Saturday they told me all Banks were closed will tell me my answer Monday they were call me I waited all day Monday no Call from them gave him until Wednesday when I called they said they were still working on it they will call me back it has been a week and I still have not heard back from them it would be nice at least they can call and say not approved if anything but not to receive a call or anything not to happy won't be referring them to anyone

My boyfriend completed a credit app yesterday online and I called today to follow up. I don't know who I spoke to but he had a strong accent. He was really short with me and rude saying he will check and call him. Then 10 minutes later he calls me back and says nope he's not approved there's no score. So I asked if there's no score or a bad score and he yells at me saying BAD. Then I told him I have a co signer and he says nope won't work. And so I asked what would it take to approved? Your ads say approved no matter what. He said not for a $15,000 car. Then I asked again what do I need? He yelled again and said HALF! And somebody with him. So I just said fine and hung up.

SO RUDE! we were gonna buy through VMS because my boyfriend used to work with the owner. But no way. Not after the way I was treated over the phone.

i was overall very pleased with my experience at this car lot. They had competitive pricing and I felt well taken care of, not to mention I am very happy with my "new to me" car! Thank you!

Customer service is the owner and one other person - traded in our car, they took our money and said they would handle the registration and get us our plates. Still waiting for registration 6 weeks later!



When my husband called to follow up at about the month mark, they had not registered the car yet. When he asked to come by a week later to pick up the plates, the owner and the other person weren't going to be around. My husband works 12 hour shifts at Saint Mary's and he told them he gets off at 7pm. The owner showed up at 7:45pm at Saint Mary's to deliver the plates and of course, my husband was gone. When I called today to get the plates delivered to the University, I spoke directly to the owner and I asked him to deliver the plates to the University, he said he wasn't going anywhere because it was just him. I told him we had been waiting a long time for our plates and he said that's why they don't do registration because of all the problems! This is AFTER we paid them the extra fees to handle our registration.... we could have done this ourselves a month ago! Not even sure I will get the plates delivered today! The owner said MAYBE his wife could deliver the plates.



Buyer beware - I cannot recommend this company now with all the hassles and unprofessionalism we have experienced.
