Seems nice until you realize all of the crap they lied about before you moved in. Very thin walls. Hardly any hot water so hope you don't like to bathe. I can tell you exactly what our neighbors are doing or watching on TV all of the time. Dog poop everywhere. I pick up after my dog but most others do not. Tell management, they can't do anything unless they see it happen. They can't because they are all inside chatting it up all day. They are all fake nice before you move in, then they could care less about you unless they are complaining about somethimg. Our assigned parking spot is not even close to our place. They only care about the money. DO NOT MOVE HERE. When our lease is up, if not before we are out of here. REDICULOUS!!!

I don't recommend moving there. Work orders are rarely carried out completely. Things are fixed with items from empty apartments so you don't get anything new. The front office is nice to you when you are looking to rent, then that goes out the window. The units are old and the windows and doors don't close tight which is a problem during the cold months. The "dens" that they advertise are enclosed patios that do not have insulation so they are very drafty in the winter. There are various apartments with alarms however they don't usually work. The front gate is always broken; the pits to cook outside are all broken, rusted and old. There aren’t enough handicap parking spaces or slants for easy access. For the amount of rent you can rent somewhere else and get something really nice.

The landscaping and location are pretty! This is how they real you in. They do not fix much. Maint. will check what’s wrong and that is about it. The craftsmanship in the interior is very poor, there are some mold issues covered up with a coat of paint. Repair items are always on order, repairs; well that is a totally different issue. The stoves, garbage disposals, dishwashers are of poor quality. They fix junk with junk which poses a danger for tenants like fire hazards. The only handicap spots are in the front of the complex by the front office, not the housing area. The sprinkler system is on a schedule; however a lot of the water on the grounds is lost and goes down the drain. There is no grass growing on the asphalt. Not good for an area that is trying to conserve water. The sidewalks are always wet, which is not good for a handicap person. Some of the handrails in the complex are old and not anchored to anything they are rusted out. It's gated however the gate is usually broken. There are always vehicles vandalized, our vehicle was and there is "nothing we can do" is what we were told. They try to sell you with the swimming pool. Let me tell you the swimming pool after hours after 7 or 8 p.m. is loaded with thugs that yell obscenities at the tenants, adults and children. Some of the persons express sexual behavior in the spa regardless of who is present (these are usually high schooled aged people) from other housing areas. The gate has a lock; however it is made of mesh that is pulled back with your finder so anyone can get it. During the summer a female tenant was threatened by thugs as her child was swimming. There are video cameras that are faced that way, but nothing is ever done because the thugs keep coming back. There are quite a few units that are empty and have been empty for some time. Don’t let them fool you to think that they are going like hot cakes, because they are not. Look elsewhere for that better deal, might be safer too.
