All in all I am very disappointed with this business. In addition to cleanings I have had two root canals and purchased two crowns from them.



The first root canal got infected after the crown was installed. Dr. Pascal drilled through the crown to clean out the infection which worked, but an unsightly crown remained that eventually broke. They refused to replace the crown so I will be purchasing a new crown from a competitor in town.



The second crown I purchased from them did not fit when they installed it. Dr. pascal ground off most of the porcelain from the top of it which made for an unsightly metallic looking tooth. A couple years later the crown became loose and fell off. I was only slightly upset with this until they hit me with a $95 bill to re-cement it. They did not provide a sufficient answer as to why they did not warranty their work.



Lastly, during almost every visit they attempted to sell me unnecessary procedures and products.



It is my recommendation that West Reno Dental focus more on customer satisfaction. In the mean time I would not advise anyone to give them business as there are more skilled dentists in town that pride themselves on customer satisfaction.

Exceptional visit! No pain! They took me right in, no long waiting. Fantastic staff! I haven't seen a dentist in about ten years, mostly due to fear of dental work. Dr. Pashal and Connie his nurse, went out of their way to make me feel safe, comfortable, and pain-free. I suffer from major panic disorder, and was insanely afraid to have any work done - but today (Sept 12, 2012), Connie spent a great deal of time keeping me calm, and Dr. Paschal took several measures to ensure I didn't have pain. I did start to have some pain when he was drilling for a cavity, and he immediatly stopped and gave me another shot of "novocane" (it's not actually novocane, but, same idea.) Dr. Paschal is very patient, kind, and understanding. I would see Dr. Paschal again without hesitation. I had two fillings, total cost was $401. I was also given the "Nitro" gas, which seemed to help. If you have extreme fear of dental work, like I do, I highly recommend going to this dental office!

Yes, the May 4 comment is a bit extreme. Dr. Paschal is awesome. I've been going to him on and off for 11 years now and I think him and his staff are fabulous. Great place to go, awesome Dr. and staff. I would totally recommend his office to anyone. They still go the extra mile to make the patients feel very appreciated and they really work with you. Thanks Dr. Paschal and staff for a continue wonderful experience with every visit.

I'm really, really surprised to read the review of May 4, 2011 and I have to say I can't imagine such a scenario happening at this office. My family and I have been going to this dentist for 7 years now, and we love both Dr. Paschal and his friendly, competent staff. We've never had any complaints, and have always been treated in a friendly, courteous and warm but professional way. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist because Dr. Paschal and everyone who works at the office make it such a positive experience!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. He has no compassion for his patient's. After having time to review my situation I still think he was very un professional and this has been 4 weeks now. I had a temp. crown up on and it was painful, very painful, maybe it didn't fit right or something, but when I call him to tell him I was in pain after 11 days of not sleeping or eating much his office ask me to come in and we will look at it. Well number one he did not look at it at all, then he stated well I fit you in today what do you want, now I'm in shock at this time because of his attitude of stating that he had to fit me in. I did not answer right at that monent. Then he ask if I was on DRUGS or something, okay that put me more into shock, as I'm over 50 years old and a good christian person, but you don't ask any client that kinda of question. Then he stated that who is going to paid for the crown that he has order, now still not even looking at my mouth or trying to keep me clam. But as I'm trying to say he had no compassion or any kinda of feeling towards how I was feeling and I was not feeling good for 11 days now, so think about it, when you go into any doctors office wouldn't it be nice to have your doctor feel a little compassion for what you are feeling and even look at the problem to see if there was anything wrong. I can go into more but I would not recemend this dentist to anyone and will be glad to tell let eveyone know that.
