I had bank with this bank for 3 years. the need to get a new computer analyst. they started this "anti fraud " account that is absolutely ridiculous. If you don't have a account based on it , ..that's the only way you can have an account. they charge you more for it and you can only be charged less by using their on line banking. I have never gone through so much frustration in my life. By the time you are done trying to get in that on line banking site you would be a victim of identity fraud, and your priorities would not matter. im a health care worker and my mother is 85. obviously for their intricate web site the customer having any simple service does to matter. I am now having to go through all kinds of inconvenience now getting another account. I tried the account to get into . then when tried their site, it took hours to get into, then when i tried again a couple of days later it started all over again.



Please forget your fast computer salesmen and consider your customer, it RUINED YOUR BANK
