Provided by YPmobileLet me start by saying that Jeremy is a very nice guy and willing to help you out in any way he can, but as for all of the other employees they are all VERY RUDE. I had purchased tires from them a few months ago and then had front end work done on my vehicle and mechanic told me that they installed all the rotational tires backwards when I spoke with somebody about the situation they tried to tell me that it does not say inside or outside on the tire and tried to argue with me on that like I am stupid and can't read. Needless to say I will not be coming back here once I get my tires fixed due to the rudeness of their employees. Be prepared to be talked down on like you have no idea what they are talking about or they talk to you like you are stupid and know nothing about tires or cars. As for woman I would recommend to have your boyfriend or husband bring your vehicle to their shop if you choose them because they will hit you with very costly repairs I witnessed it first hand as I was watching them say her brakes were bad when they really weren't and they were the ones who installed them lol.

Provided by YP.comThese guys tried to rip me off and caused damage to my parents vehicle, so be careful if you chose to go there, or be smart and go somewhere else.
I brought my (elderly) parents' Mini van there for 2 front tires, but without my knowledge or authorization the tire changer guy took off the rear wheels and started messing with the brakes. Then his "manager" comes and gets me and tells me that both front and rear brakes are basically shot, and how dangerous it will be to drive the vehicle, and how someone might bet hurt, and so on. Then, acting like he was concerned about my well being, brings me out to the vehicle up on the lift and shows me that there's brake fluid dripping out of the right rear wheel cylinder. Hold on now, keep reading....
Then he hits me with "lucky for you we're running a brake special right now". (Pretty convenient, huh?) He then proceeds to tell me that it will cost (something like) $385 to repair them.
When I showed reluctance he said if I don't get the work done TODAY, it would cost me something like two hundred dollars more tomorrow. (the price was in the upper $500 range) I still declined his "generous" offer to do the work today.
At this point I'm pretty angry inside about the leaking wheel cylinder and unauthorized work but still keeping my composure and remaining professional.
I wound up going to the store manager (wow, it's like McD's, everyone's a manager!) and telling him how angry I was about the sneaky, unauthorized work being performed on the vehicle.
Boy, what a waste of time that was, He of course showed little care, and backed up the tire changers saying they were only doing a "courtesy check". Yeah Bull S**T, have the courtesy to check with me first, I'm thinking.
OK, now I'm getting steamed. I told him to tell his people not to touch anything else without my approval and put the rear wheels back on, get the work done that I did authorize, and get me out of there.
Like I said, now I'm getting steamed so I went outside to calm down.
I decided to walk down by the work bay and watch them finish up, but when I did I couldn't believe what I was seeing. One of the tire changers was rifling through the interior of the van!
WOW.
The worst thing of all is that even though the vehicle was in the shop (NOT Mavis) less than 2 weeks ago for regular scheduled maintenance including brake system inspection (was told showed wear, but still in good, completely safe, overall condition), I can't PROVE mavis damaged the seal on the wheel cylinder.
I CAN tell you this though, I was an auto mechanic for 17 years and I've heard about or saw EVERY scam in the book that bad mechanics pull on people, and this "Oh your brakes are shot" is the second oldest scam out there. The first oldest being"Your ball joints are worn and unsafe".
Anyway, these clowns have proven them selves to be dishonest so you'd be better off going some place else.
