We had a very good experience with Joab Construction. They put in a stamped patio and walkway, but they first had to demolish and get rid of our existing patio. This was no easy task, but they were able to do that cleanly and professionally. The bulldozer driver was an expert at maneuvering that thing around our back yard and through a tight space - very impressed! They were able to start the project immediately as promised, and worked on it everyday until it was finished in a very timely manner. They were good about cleaning up after themselves, were punctual, inexpensive, thorough, extremely hard-working, and easy to work with. It turned out beautiful! We love our new patio. They even removed and rebuilt at no extra charge our gate on the side of the house! And that was a real improvement in itself. There is a little bit of a language barrier, but nothing we couldn't easily work through. Their website is a little lacking, but they are not real social-media savvy unfortunately, that's why I wanted to help them out with writing this review. Hopefully more clients will follow suit to get the word out that these guys are great!
