A Terrible Beauty Irish Pub and Restaurant

This place has plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. The food can be a little spotty, comes out cold better than half the time. The service is also a little spotty. I've never seen a place with such a large wait staff yet 2 out of 3 times we been there we're always invisible. We either have to get our own drinks from the bar, or chase down a server to order food. The food is good if you can get it ordered and if it actually comes out hot.

Three of us went to the Renton pub on St. Patrick's day. The food was the best Irish we've had. The presentation of corned beef and cabbage was unique and attractive; the shepherd's pie was excellent, with the veggies al dente rather than cooked to mash with great flavor; and the Reuben sandwich was likewise exceptional. We don't live near but we plan to go back again very soon! Also, very good service even on the Holiday!
