Had to use the restroom and boy was I in for a shock -- there were layers of dirt over layers of dirt on the sink, around the toilet bottom, and inside the toilet in the form of excrement. When I pointed this out to the worker who seemed to manage, she smiled & gave me a blank stare. Frankly I don't think she knows English.
My burger arrived with onions in it, after I'd made a point of asking to hold the onions. She giggled & smiled when I notified her.
A worker taking drive-thru orders moved up to me across the counter, asking me for my order. I told her I'd just ordered, but here it was again. She eventually saw that she'd been talking to the drive-thru customer, and giggled, looking straight at me.
Neither of these young women saw fit to say I'm sorry, I apologize, or anything. All I got were the stares of people having fun, and adios!

This Arby's has good food and good employees

This Arby's has good food, but I've had issues with orders a couple of times. The employees always manage to straighten things out, though
