Worst customer service ever....was ready to spend 5k and they were happy to direct me to Home Depot....I will never go back and make sure to tell everyone I know to go somewhere else

My dad took me to Bryant's tractor and mower to purchase a generator for my son.

My son has a medical condition and is on a ventilator.

Bill Bryant was so kind and helpful. He took the time to listen to my story. He even gave me a D.C. charging cord so my son can be safer in a power outage.

Now I understand why my dad has been a faithful customer.

I bought my mower from Bryant and it has been an excellent machine. They do all the maintenance and keep it humming along. Easy to work with, responsive to problems. Excellent people!

I bought a chainsaw and weedeater with 3 attatchments. The staff was very helpfull! The blower attatchment is amazing. I bouight a sythe attatchment that didnt work very well for my application. They took it back with no questions and exchanged it for a chainsaw extension. Very pleased so far with their help and the preformance of the products.

Took my lawn mower in to be fixed with the clear agreement that the work would not be done if it was not covered by the warranty. Insead they went ahead and repaired it without my permission and forced me to pay them in order to recover my mower.
