Community Living, formerly known as the Spring Acres Group Homes, is a private nonprofit agency that provides independent living apartments, semi-independent living, supportive care apartments, assisted living and skilled nursing facility. Located in Kent, Wash., the agency also provides adult-day services, and community and outreach programs. Community Living provides a variety of medical services, including intravenous therapy, feeding tubes, wound care, respiratory care and assistance in daily activities.
