I just had the unfortunate experience of going to this salon for a color and cut. I chose them because of a coupon I got in the mail. I had blonde roots and very dark dyed hair, just wanted my roots touched up.

Kim at Elite Hair Salon did an all-over color that had red in it, and my roots turned bright orange! She blamed this on me, saying she did not know I had dyed my hair the dark color, she thought it was natural. Um, did she think I bleached my roots or something?

I also asked for a TRIM. She cut off a good 4 inches, I am in tears because I can't believe my hair is so short.

Not only did she charge me way more than the coupon, she charged me $12 for a flat iron I didn't even ask for!!!!



Never, ever go here. If you do, certainly don't get Kim. Horrible experience.
