The new management and office staff are rockstars! They get to maintenace orders within 48 hours; are always friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Fairwood Landing Apartments!

I swear they must pay people to write reviews about this place. It's TERRIBLE. It is NOT worth it for the price they are charging. They do have, to my knowledge, 4 bedroom apartments but they are $1500 a month. Are you sh*ttin me?! We have had problems with our washer, fridge, and dishwasher, and the maintenance guy has the nerve to be RUDE. Plus it is very noisy. People slamming doors at all hours of the night, people blasting their music so loud my floor vibrates, and I'm pretty sure half my complex smokes weed. I can smell it outside the stairs. Parking is a nightmare. Only 2 spots per stall but people still park where they want. When they want you to re-new your lease, they jack it up $50. Honestly, don't do it.

Don't rent from here! Check out all reviews online...even a Fb page against this place was made..and knock on doors and ask how the people living here have been treated...its sad..manager has her..her boyfriend and her 4 kids living there and it only has at the biggest...two bed apts...ask about the tenants in D that are still waiting on a working oven for 5 months...one burner works...ask the man in DB what Kristine told him after an exterminator killed thousands of wasps in his home and when he left...the tenant asked the manager Kristine...so who is coming back to clean this up and all the dead wasps...Kristine laughed and walked out saying I hope u have a good vacuum...rent from another place!!!

I moved to the area recently, and decided on Fairwood Landing for several reasons! It's in an awesome location, really close to groceris stores, my bank, shopping and every kind of restaruant you could imagine. The staff is extremely friendly and is always willing to lend a helping hand, some of the maintenance guys even helped me unload my U-Haul. They do lots of fun stuff for their residents, like pool parties and my child even got to participate in an Easter Egg hunt! I love my apartment and am so glad I decided on Fairwood Landing! I would highly recommend it to everyone planning on moving!
