Provided by YP.comWe have lived here at Harrington Sq for 1 year. The front office staff turn over is constant, and usually friendly. We renewed our lease. I come home in get a 3 day notice. PAY YOUR RENT OR ELSE!
I go to the office and let them know we did not get a monthly bill. Possibly because of our renewal? Not sure. The front desk individual shares, 'this has happened a lot.' I ask for a billing statement to write my check.
I let them know, I am never late on any payments, and am little frustrated about how they have handled this. The other associate, can't wait to tell me (get this 4 times!) that I will not be given a credit or the late fee not will be waived. It was if he was enjoying saying it! I said, 'BS!' To which he asked me to leave his office or he was going to call the police.
First time in 58 years I have been told to leave or else. The police?
1. Neither associate knew what they were doing. I asked for the bill and they gave me a different unit!
2. No one checked to find out . . . hey, these folks are never late in their payment . . . and they just renewed their lease with us!
3. The one associate had zero tolerance for customer service. Actually enjoyed telling me,'you will not be given your late fee back!'
4. And to top it off, we get an email that we have a package to pick up. We go to the office. They cannot find it. And than . . . send us an email that it was picked up!
Customer service at Harrington Square is not professional at the front desk.
I will be talking about this with the Director. And for the late fee . . . I will move out (mid 50's who pay the bill on time and cause no problems), before I pay the fee to a bunch of young unprofessionals.
