Provided by YP.comWe wanted a specific vehicle and they promised twice that they had found exactly what we wanted at another location. Both times, they guaranteed that they had called and the vehicle was being held for us. Then, when it was time for them to deliver we got the same story about how it had been "sold out from under" them. Of course they blamed someone else but they obviously were not being truthful about the vehicle being held for us. Otherwise, we would have one. They repeatedly insisted we return to the dealership for more paperwork and to "discuss" the situation. Each time we were foolish enough to believe them and returned, they only wanted to "sell us up" to a more expensive vehicle. After the second time, they told us again that they had found a "twin" to the second one. We told them to bring it here first and then we would talk and they refused and got very hateful and said we could go to a different dealer if we wanted. So, we did.

Provided by YP.comI don't like to write negative reviews, but I think this one is necessary.
Be careful when it comes to Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge's service department. Upfront they're very professional and courteous. They provide great customer service. Unfortunately, I've also discovered that they are not honest.
I take my Jeep in there ONLY because I have to get warranty work done there. While my Jeep was in their shop, they informed me that I needed the 90,000 mile service AND a tune-up. She said my transmission oil was brown and that it was important to get the service done soon. Also, she said that the mechanice saw a gap in my spark plugs - therefore I needed a tune-up. In total - this would have cost me about $800.
I turned down the additional service because I prefer to have Firestone in Auburn do this work - I want to give them as much of my business I can (they're awesome). After picking up my Jeep from Lithia, I went straight to Firestone. I wanted them look at my transmission oil and also to see if I needed a tune-up. In their records they showed that they already did the work last July (about 14,000 miles ago) and that I shouldn't need to have it done again.
They looked at the transmission oil - and it was clear! They even brought the dipstick in to show me. AND my spark plugs are not the kind that have gaps in them, they're some other kind (Platinum I believe - I'm not a mechanic, obviously).
My point is - I clearly did not need the 90,000 service nor a tune-up but Lithia told me that I did. It would have been an $800 mistake if I told Lithia to go ahead and do the work.
