This place was nothing like the old reviews I read, they were polite and courteous, helpful means we were new to this place, was given a chicken breast when I asked for one no problem with my meal, they welcomed us and thanked us for coming, and we will go back not a problem, the food was really good, fresh and hot

I came to this Popeyes and ordered carry out for my family...came home to eat and was shocked to find a band aid wrapper in my red beans and rice!!!!! How DISGUSTING and very UNSANITARY!!!! I will NEVER eat at Popeyes again, trust me. That incident along with the "service" I received after the fact knocked the taste out of my mouth SMH! (And if I could...this review would've been NO stars!)

I generally like Popeyes. This place is an exception. I have been here several times, each time with some issue. I have always given them another chance. Tonight, however, was the last.



The kids working there have an attitude like being there is a chore. They are not rude, but they are certainly not friendly. The lad who took our order mumbled.



While waiting for our order, one girl worker touched something hot. She put her fingers to her mouth for a bit, then continued to handle food.



There were 4 dinners on our order. 3 were filled rather quickly, then sat on the back counter while the fourth order (fish) was being prepared. Three times I asked to take the 3 three orders and come back for the 4th. I was completely ignored. about 8 minutes later I was given then less-than-hot entire order. During that time, there were several instances where food items were taken out of the baskets and replaced with something different while the manager told the workers that something was wrong.



I ordered a 3-piece chicken dinner. I was not pleased when 2 of the 3 pieces were wings. When I questioned this, they looked at me like I had six eyes and said yea, that's what it is. The side portions (mashed potatoes and mac & cheese in my case) were much smaller than I remember, and definitely not worth the price. My $7.59 dinner was about a $3 KFC or Safeway equivalent.



My overall impression was that these people really don't care whether or not they have a good product for a good value in a pleasant environment. I won't be back.

Wow...the workers there could use an attitude adjustment. Some of the workers here are a bit on the ghetto side. Some are there to do their job get their paycheck and go home. But, some of the employees are so ignorant it makes buying food there a challenge. There food is usually good but they may get your order wrong delibrately when they feel like they are ready to pick a fight. Attitude makes all the difference in business! I think they would do alot more business if they had workers that were more professional. The only chicken I want from this establishment is from the menu and the human version from the employees!
