Dishonest Staff/Supervisor:

My son had been working at a few warehouse temp positions for Smart Talent in Renton. One morning he was assigned to work at a warehouse. The Smart Talent staff member/supervisor called him to ask if he had the T-shirt uniform that was required to work at this warehouse. He told the supervisor he did not have this T-shirt. She asked him to wait for her phone, while she looked into getting a T-shirt for him. He waited as instructed. When the phone call came, the Smart Talent supervisor was belligerent and unprofessional on the phone, demanding to know why he did not show up at the job. He told her she had asked him to wait for her phone call. The supervisor then told my son he would never be called to work at Smart Talent again. When he filed his claim with WA State Empolyment Security, stating he was fired, the Smart Talent lied, claiming my son had walked off the job. Now my son's unemployment benefits have been jeopardized thanks to Smart Talent's dishonesty.

Be warned these people are dishonest and will use you as a scape goat for their incompetence!
