The only thing good about these apartments!!!!! The view would be okay as well but you have to pay ALOT more for a decent view and many of the apartments have really high trees in your view anyway. At first everything seemed really nice. We moved here from bellevue because of the lower priced apartments.But we are actually paying more now than when we were in bellevue because of the additional cost of water, which you have to pay to the actual apartments and not some company. Hence why the apartments are so cheep. They also didn't tell us that the "construction" that is going on behind the apartments, is not actually construction. It's a cement recyling center. So everyday (5 days a week) at 7am you hear really loud construction noise until 3 in the afternoon.

The managment and matenence is terrible. I had to request my sink be fixed three different times before they actually did anything about it. One night they actually told me they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day and I was suppose to just let my water run, (this was before I knew that we were sharing water cost with everyone else) so you can imagine I was a little frustrated with all this. When moving into the apartment they had use inspect it to see if we could find anything that was wrong and needed to be fixed. Which I thought was a little odd since most apartments do this before you move in. Anyways my experiance was terrible here, I'm just thank full that I only agreed to a six month lease.
