How come?

First of all We started with not a full tank of gas! Next we asked for the whole truck of space, when we opened the back, what do we find taking space, a dolly and a bag with furniture cover, and it was tied down so if we moved it they would charge us 10 dollars. So that mad space and moving furniture a pain!!!. the truck they provided was beat up and barely had enough power to get into the freeway, making me the driver feel insecure. when they say they provided us witha lock and key, the key did not work for the lock so we werent able to secure the items in the truck when we stopped somewhere. also to begin the day we were informed that there wouldnt be a truck available until 3 pm and we reserved it ahead of time previously informed that it would be available at 9 am. When we arrived at their alot their were more then plenty trucks available at the same price. I strongly would not reccommend this business
