Do not try to apply at Westvie...

Do not try to apply at Westview. They lie about how their approval system works. It's not just evictions that count against you with this place. Any bill you have counts against you as well. My power bill and comcast bill counted against me. And I was denied on those basis, not because of my past two evictions. And when I confronted them about why they didn't say this to begin with because I had asked them about it and I explained that I only enough money left for the application fee, if I was going to be denied I could have took my last 70 dollars and used it for food kids or to another place that would have accepted me, she hung up on me then they would not answer their phones. My rateing for this company and their staff is a -5 stars. All they came across to me as is a place greedy and will take your money saying you should be approved then call you 5 minutes later to tell you no, because you have bills (as all people do) you application was denied.
