Parks and Recreation Department is one of the departments administered by the city of Republic in Missouri. It manages McKee and Miller parks, recreational facilities and community centers. The amenities offered by the department include aquatics center, activities building, baseball and softball complexes, jogging tracks, restrooms, and rental facilities used for a variety of social gatherings, community functions and wedding receptions by the residents. It organizes special programs for toddlers, senior citizen trips, swimming lessons, fitness sessions and community events.
