Great company, from setting my appointment to job complete, my experience was pleasurable. The office staff was courteous and considerate of my time constraints for the appointment and my electric concerns. The technician was respectful of my home and helped me understand each electrical issue and the process of installation and repair. I would highly recommend T&M Electric to all my friends.

The man who is running this place is ethically challenged. Poor attention to details, no written estimate but wires were pulled out of the walls and left open to water which came in the wall and got on some expensive carpet. He doesn't want to take responsibility. He could have gotten a Rug Doctor and cleaned the mess up but just wants to know when he can cash the check and move on to the next job where he can leave another job unfinished. Remember the days when most people were honest? Took pride in their jobs? He apparently doesn't trust his own employees and they have to work with one hand while talking to him on a cell phone with the other. This is probably his personal problem and not theirs. I know I am not going to pay someone 95 dollars an hour to talk on the phone and make an awful mess out of my house then have to pay the same price to have them clean up their mess. He jammed a stick in beside a receptacle to make it fit and dented my house. He turned off power to my deep freezer and didn't turn it back on. I lost all of my winter food and medication provisions. No one needs this kind of help, call someone else.
