I would like to think the staff at Ct's Motorcycle Tires for the quality work in a timely matter my Bike was back in ACTION, I was amazed at how accommodating they where after trying another place and treated poorly : ( I will always do business with you and Recommend to Friends ..Thanks

I could have been killed due to their error! I thought everything was ok, the guy was nice, they were open on Monday, and the service to change the rear tire on my 01 R6 was quick. Too quick it would seem

When I left, I noticed that the rear break was a little weird, but I chalked it up to the pads re-seating on the rotor. I rode a few times and felt it getting worse so pulled over to check on my last ride. Turns out I was missing the inside break pad and the caliper had ground into my rotor. I immediately called CT and told them my issue. their reply was "I don't take the caliper off when I change the tire." I wonder how they take the wheel of the bike then? Anyways, they would do nothing to remedy the problem, told me it wasn't their fault, and "I don't know what to tell you..."

I could have been killed while out riding due to this problem, and they did not want to own one shred of responsibility. Don't go here, don't let your fellow riders go here, your life could be in danger if you let them work on your bike.

Sometimes it takes me a while to write reviews, but this one's worth it. I brought my Harley in before the Love Ride to get new rubber. I've been a few different places in the past but was referred to Chris, so I thought I'd try him out. No more looking . . . Chris is now my go-to! I've been an Architect for 30 years, also a service business. Chris is the guy we all want to emulate for our own businesses. He's easy to talk with, extremely knowledgeable (beyond mere tires), conscientious, meticulous, fair, honest and humble. Going anywhere else for your motorcycle tire needs would be selling yourself short. If I could give Chris 10 stars, I would!

Top rate service at a very fair price!! Chris was very professional and we will definitly use him again, will recommend him to friends and family. It's nice to have someone to go to for tires and service.
