Do not trust Cavalier Cleaners. I had two bad experiences with them. One was with alterations. Suit sleeves came up very short although they measured arm's length.I did not complain and I just promised myself not to do any alterations with them.



The next which was just recently was when my jacket faded dramatically and looked old after they dry cleaned it.They would not accept responsibility for what happened to my jacket.They say that it was the material and it was the store where my son bought the jacket who's responsible for the damages. Can you believe that?? If this is the kind of reasoning the owner will give you, WOULD YOU STILL TRUST THIS CAVALIER CLEANERS?
