The service is very bad. i have taken 12 clothes and they destroyed all of them. The service in that company is very horrible. i don't recommend people to go there. The solution that they gave us was they would give us $30 for each clothes but i was only be able to spend the money in their store. Its not logical to keep taking our clothes there and they ending up ruining them again.

The fish rots from head down. Worst customer service. Was charged twice for the same job all because of them lazy employee that he just hired. I asked to have the owner Miguel call me and i'm still waiting.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHS HERE. They not only shrunk my sweater but said they would replace it (a little ridiculous) so kept it as a sample and still haven't returned it! It's been over 5 months and the manager who took it is no where to be found. I went to the Excell in Reseda. Just as bad. AWFUL SERVICE AND THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CLOTHS!
