Integrity Appliance has no integrity......Aweful experience with oven still non-operational for 2 weeks. Tech could not fix oven first time after installing new parts and did not confirm oven was running properly before he left. THe tech then was a no show for second appointment with no call so I wasted 4 hours sitting around. After finally getting ahold of someone on phone after the no show, they were belligerent and told me they did not want to come back to fix the problem and said call home depot for support.

BEWARE of POOR customer service. They make u a second priority, and will not go an inch to make what was originally their fault, correct or u happy. I have a warrenty through a company that contracted this poor appliance service to which is out of our hands. We are stuck with them and were told through the warrenty co. that they already paid them and we had to wait for the job to be done. Did I mention it has been a couple days short of a month, and we still don't have our washer fixed? They had a no show for an appt. and have rescheduled, for parts that had to take over a week & 1/2 twice. but wont rush it.

Quality Poor to fair

Absolutely AWFUL and DISHONEST. Stay far away from this company. The are extremely unprofessional. Their service man sliced our appliance and claimed that was the reason it needed to be repaired. I thoroughly inspected our appliance before his arrival, which he had no uniform and his girlfriend sat in his car outside waiting, and there were no slits in our appliance. To make a long story short, HIRE someone else. This company is a scam!

Integrity made me feel like my...

Integrity made me feel like my business was appreciated. I was treated with respect and everyone I spoke with was friendly. The total bill for the repair on my washer was far less than I anticipated and I was glad to pay it. This company really know how to treat their customers. Great Job Integrity!

The easiest repair experience

Last month I had a baby and had been home with her for two days when the washer broke. With a baby there is a lot of laundry and to have my washer not working was a crisis waiting to happen. I called Integrity on Friday and they came out Saturday morning! The baby was asleep when the repair person arrived and he was quite and considerate throughout the repair. I really appreciate the customer service that integrity provides.
