They have no manners. They don't even understand what " customer service" means.

If you make an appointment and you are on time, you stool have to wait at least 30 minutes because they take the wake in and don't have the courtesy to wait for the customer who actually has an appointment . If you don't have appointment they would take you and them leave you half way done to go get another customer with appointment . Last time I went there I asked the nail girl, how long would it take till she takes me and she said she is almost done and she'll take me soon but what she kept from me was that, she has a customer who will come in half an hour. So she did my pedicure and when it was time for my manicure she told me she can't do it because she has to take her scheduled customer now and I can do my manicure later or another day. They have no respect for their customer whatsoever . She did not even apologize for leaving me or for the confusion she caused, she should have told me that she had a Customer who was on her way, and given me a choice of waiting or coming back at a better time. When I told her she should have told me earlier, she didn't even look at me nor said a thing. I went to the owner and asked her for an explanation, she treated me poorly. She didn't look at nor apologized for their behavior.
